Remove warning lines from phing completion
...
Remove "Warning:" lines from phing targets list. Warning lines are
returned by phing when a target has no tasks or dependencies.

Allow ":" and "-" characters in phing tasks.
...
Tasks that included hyphens or colons were being excluded from
completion. This improves the usage for this.
