List ZSH_CACHE_DIR in template .zshrc
List ZSH_CACHE_DIR in the default .zshrc Many users like to set cache directories to reside in ~/.cache (or $XDG_CACHE_HOME). Some distributions of oh-my-zsh also need to modify $ZSH_CACHE_DIR since $ZSH may be a system directory (and not user-writable). It seems fair to list it alongside other similar variables like $ZSH_CUSTOM to make it more accessible to users and distributers.
